PEDALS is a cycling scheme for anyone who requires additional support to exercise.
The scheme involves instructor-led sessions on adapted bikes. We have two adapted bikes that are suitable for younger children and a number of adapted bikes for older children and adults.
Bikes can be hired for up to 60 minutes on Wednesdays and we take both individual and group bookings. Please note we will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot always guarantee it.
Helmets and high visibility jackets are available to hire, free of charge, to all users who want to use them. You are also more than welcome to bring additional bikes if you are hiring our adaptive bikes for specific family members.
Sessions are held on Wednesdays at Hinchingbrooke Country Park.
To book an individual session please submit an online booking form.
We can also arrange bespoke or group PEDALS sessions. Please contact the Active Lifestyles team at activelifestyles@huntingdonshire.gov.uk
We will email you to confirm your booking. You will be able to pay by card with our instructor at the park - we do not accept any cash payments.
If you would prefer to pay over the phone, please call One Leisure Direct on 01480 388111, but only after the booking is confirmed with a member of the Active Lifestyles Team.
